KLAN Production was founded on July 3rd 2007 at Malang East Java Indonesian . In the beginning KLAN Production was named RED ARMY studio that had been formed in 2004.RED ARMY was a studio that produced illustrations and comics. KLAN Production was intended to be a professional studio.
the word KLAN is adapted from English word "clan" meaning group. KLAN is a group that produces worthy and high-quality creation through its teamwork.

A brief history of RED ARMY studio:
RED ARMY was founded in Malang on February 2004.at the time of its founding, there were only 5 members all who really love and care about Indonesian comics. As time goes by, RED ARMY has made changes and tries to create breakthroughs through its controversy works. RED Army's works focus on social and daily life themes and common themes. With the slogan "local comic revolution" RED ARMY tries to put forward its own idealism.
